Another ward activity

I'm the Activities Chairperson in our ward.
We're going to have a good, old-fashioned ward picnic at Lake Ridge Park.
Here's the large pavillion, with volleyball net, a children's play area, and a mini golf facility all right here. You can hike down the trail to the lake if you like, for boating or turtle hunting.

When you invite people for dinner, two birthday pies are certainly in order. I made a strawberry-rhubarb "to order", and a Marie Callendar's Jumbleberry (from the freezer section).

I'm not quite sure what we're laughing about, but here we are.

She asked for Weet-Bix on her original list. The updated list had it crossed out. But this was an "affordable" gift. If she doesn't start to eat it, somebody else will!

Lexy had her 13th Birthday Thursday. We invited the Fife family to celebrate with us. She's opening up her 14th Birthday doll. I do hope they don't make any more after the Age 16 girl! (Never mind I could stop giving them to her)

BYU Passover Seder Dinner

Mark and I got to attend Victor Ludlow's BYU Passover Seder Dinner last week, Wednesday, April 8. It was wonderful! But the bitter herbs were the hottest horseradish we'd ever had! A wonderful night.
