Mark and I went on a date tonight to this free concert at the McCoart Building. The weather was gorgeous and the jazz concert was fabulous!

My Birthday--15 May

We went to the temple in the morning. That was a nice thing to do on my birthday!
That evening, we went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner.

Our Mother's Day dinner

Not a hard day at all!

Why does it look like I have had a hard day? I didn't have to teach my primary class, I got to go to Relief Society, didn't have to make breakfast, cook dinner, or do dishes! Lexy got snap happy and just caught me in a moment!
Thanks Alicia & Brad for the Happy Mother's Day Grandma card and Victoria and Drew for the crown. Drew and Mark made a gorgeous teriyaki grilled salmon, couscous, and salad for dinner. Lexy made luscious lemon bars!

Mother's Day

Victoria sent me a crown. I'm the Queen of Nice apparently!
Mark gave me a gorgeous corsage to wear to church. Of course, I
went off to church without it, but after Sacrament Meeting ended,
I ran home and put it on between meetings. He saw me come in
to Sacrament Meeting without it, and I just couldn't disappoint him
in his thinking of me by not wearing it! Silly me!
